    The Withdrawal from the University form may only be submitted before the withdrawal deadline.

    The deadline is the last day of class before final exams for the semester or term in which you are enrolled.

    If that deadline has passed, please do not continue with this form. Submit the Non-Returning Student Form instead.

    -Once the Housing team is notified of your decision to withdraw, you will have 24–48 hours to remove your belongings from the residence hall.

    -Please contact your Residence Hall Director for steps regarding the move-out process before submitting this form. Failure to follow move-out instructions and return your key may result in additional fines.

    -Meal plan selections canceled before the end of the second week of classes may be eligible for a refund, minus any funds already used.

    -Meal plan selections canceled after the end of the second week of classes are not eligible for a refund.
